Bain Apartments Co-op

Unplanned walks are my best ones, because they take me to unexpected discoveries. This charming little village in Riverdale was completely unknown to me.

I stumbled upon it walking east on Sparkhall from Broadview. Sparkhall started as a typical residential street, but when it curved and dipped, the sidewalks ended. Around the curve, brick row houses looked a bit like old school or old factory buildings.

Narrow walkways between the buildings seemed public enough, so I followed one into the scene you see in the slides. Charming, like something from centuries ago. A village, with casual gardens along brick paths. I wouldn’t mind living here. I wonder who does?
